Description Job Summary:

Provide a variety of services to branch customers. Become a product expert to understand customer's needs, provide effective solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Serve clients by accurately handling deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and loan payment transactions Open/Close/Maintain checking, savings, time deposit, IRA, and H.S.A. accounts Assist customers with questions or issues on their deposit accounts, ATM/Debit cards, or general product or service needs Promote and cross-sell other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank policies and procedures related to the position Demonstrate good risk management decisions, including displaying solid knowledge of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Prefer experience in one or more areas of branch services - teller, new accounts, client services Displays knowledge and proficiency in explaining, selling, and administering financial products and services Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail Solid computer skills Reliable attendance This is a Full-Time Position Hilltop Bank is an EEO Employer No established salary range
