Money Lenders is hiring for a part time customer service representative. We offer short term small dollar loans, check cashing, wire transfer, money orders and bill payment services. Applicant must have excellent customer service skills and cash handling experience. We have a 2 to 3 week training program.

Duties include:

phone etiquette, light cleaning, general office duties, ability to be reliable and focus on tasks. Part time hours will be 25 - 28 hours a week. We do some in house collections. We operate under state and federal statutes. Our hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Mon-Fri, and Sat 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed Sundays and all major holidays. Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and support in an office environment. Your core skills in cash handling, customer service, and effective phone etiquette will enable you to assist customers efficiently. With premium skills in retail sales and cashiering, you will help clients navigate financial services and resolve inquiries. Your relevant skills in cash management and financial software will further enhance your ability to provide accurate information and solutions, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
