Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with standards from the state Board of Nursing, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate service to all patients. Conduct ongoing assessments, develop and implement care plans, and continuously evaluate patient health status. Provide health education and counseling to patients and families, supporting their understanding and recovery. Administer supportive and restorative therapy and treatments, both directly and through collaboration with or supervision of other clinical professionals. Execute delegated medical functions and refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as necessary. Monitor and review therapy and treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation aligned with hospital and regulatory requirements. Utilize available resources efficiently to meet patient and departmental needs. Uphold the organization's mission, vision, values, and adhere to established standards of professional conduct and service behavior. Flexibility to float to other departments as needed and participate in on-call rotations during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications:

Active RN license with current good standing as defined by the relevant state Board of Nursing. Demonstrated experience working in a CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) setting. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and support positive patient outcomes.
