Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (specific schedule details provided during interview process) May include the possibility of floating to other departments and on-call shifts, depending on facility needs
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado or compact state Proven clinical experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting Excellent assessment, planning, and evaluation skills Capable of independent nursing judgment and collaborative teamwork Strong communication, patient education, and counseling abilities Capability to adapt quickly to new environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver independent and delegated nursing care in accordance with state practice standards Assess patient health, develop and implement comprehensive care plans Provide supportive and restorative therapy and treatment Teach, counsel, and advocate for patients and their families Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and consult with providers as needed Monitor, review, and document therapy and progress according to guidelines Float to departments within scope as required; participate in on-call rotations
