Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a real impact supporting K-12 students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year, working in a supportive environment with a dedicated team. This full-time, contract role offers the opportunity to serve a diverse student population and truly enhance students' communication and academic success. Your expertise will directly support students' goals, with a schedule tailored for work-life balance.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but open to new graduates Strong written and verbal communication skills Commitment to collaboration and culturally responsive service
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech/language services for K-12 students Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and track student progress Deliver direct and indirect services within the school day Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational outcomes Maintain accurate records per district and regulatory guidelines Focus solely on SLP duties—no expectations for bus, recess, or extra supervisory responsibilities
