Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic sales team as a D2D (Door-to-Door) Window Salesman, where your energy and enthusiasm will drive growth and customer satisfaction. I'm looking for some motivated salespeople that are able and willing to sell window cleaning to higher end clients in the Minnetonka/Wayzata area. Very competitive pay ranging for 15
  • 20% commission of sales price.
(Avg job $449) Average salesman will close roughly 5 jobs a day working around 2-4 hours. Small local company based in Wayzata. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and warm door-to-door visits to prospective customers, promoting our window products and services. Identify customer needs through active listening and tailored presentations, demonstrating the benefits of our solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure successful sales agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines efficiently. Develop new business opportunities through B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to closing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and follow-up support post-sale. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and effectively. Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales environments. Familiarity with technology sales tools such as CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other CRM platforms. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability in business development, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques. Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation and customer engagement efforts. Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards building long-term client relationships.
