We are looking for vibrant, dedicated instructors to join our artistic team in Frederick. We are currently filling positions for teachers specializing in:
Classical Styles:
Ballet, Pre-Ballet, & Modern Rhythmic & Urban:
Tap & Hip Hop Specialty:
Jazz, Acro, & Creative Movement Whether you are a seasoned professional with years of pedagogy under your belt or an emerging teacher looking for a supportive environment to grow your skills, we want to hear from you. Role Involves Instruction:
Lead engaging classes for various age groups, focusing on technical growth and musicality.
Artistic Vision:
Choreograph original pieces for studio showcases and performances.
Classroom Culture:
Maintain a safe, positive, and non-competitive atmosphere where every student feels seen.
Collaboration:
Work with our leadership team to provide feedback to parents and track student progress.
Community:
Participation in outreach programs and community involvement is a significant advantage.
Who We Are Looking For Technical Expertise:
A solid foundation in your specific dance discipline(s).
Communication:
The ability to explain complex movements to children and teens effectively.
Professionalism:
Reliability, punctuality, and a team-player mindset are essential.
Education/Experience:
While a degree or certification (like Acrobatic Arts) is a plus, we are happy to consider candidates with equivalent performance or assistant-teaching experience. Why Teach With Us?
Tiered Compensation:
$20.00 to $45.00 per hour based on performance, longevity, and background.
