• EESPA Summer Camp EESPA is seeking an energetic, creative, and dependable Choreographer & Dance Instructor for our Theatre and Performing Arts Summer Camp.

The ideal candidate loves working with children and teens ages 7-17 and is passionate about helping young performers grow in confidence, technique, and stage presence.

Responsibilities:

Teach engaging dance classes and movement workshops for campers ages 7-17 Create and teach choreography for musical theatre and performance numbers Develop all choreography for the end-of-summer production Work collaboratively with camp staff and directors to support rehearsals and performances Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all students Adapt choreography to accommodate varying skill levels and ages

Qualifications:

Experience teaching dance and/or choreography for children and teens Background in musical theatre, performing arts, or dance instruction Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills Enthusiastic, patient, and team-oriented attitude We are flexible with scheduling and happy to work with the right candidate's availability. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys inspiring young performers and bringing creative productions to life in a fun summer camp environment.
