• What You'll Do
• Leading instructorled classroom sessions for
• 24-30 adult learners
• Delivering advanced technical instruction through
• lecture, handson labs, and assessments
• Teaching structured cabling and telecom concepts with an emphasis on fiber installation and safety
• Breaking down complex technical topics for entrylevel learners with little to no prior experience
• Partnering with another trainer in a
• codelivery model
• Maintaining classroom structure, pacing, and learner engagement
• Preparing and maintaining training labs, tools, and environments
• Evaluating learner performance and completing reporting and assessments
• Providing feedback and recommendations to training leadership
• Supporting continuous improvement of training delivery and curriculum Trainers benefit from:

• This is a Contract position based out of Grove City, OH.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
