DATA ENTRY

(USW)

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
• Create and update spreadsheets with relevant information
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort, organize, download and file documents as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned by

Supervisor Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Basic math skills for data entry and calculations
• Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
• Accurate typing skills with high accuracy

Note:

This is an office-based position that requires strong clerical and data entry skills. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be highly organized, and possess excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft programs.
