We hire the best to provide the best service. Le'fant is seeking a Data Management Technician who will support a delivery team to enter, report, and document data under the guidance of the team lead. This position is part of a team requiring daily interactions in a collaborate environment.

Requirements:

You Have:

Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. Must Live in the US and have maintained a permanent residence in the US for at least the last 3 consecutive years (36 months) Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:

Data Entry and Processing:

Entering, updating, and correcting data in databases, often handling high volumes of information.

Data Integrity and Quality:

Verifying data accuracy, performing data cleaning, and ensuring consistency across systems.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generating reports and extracting insights from data for operational use.

Documentation and Security:

Maintaining data documentation (dictionaries/models) and adhering to data security policies. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks Experience working within a team-oriented, collaborative, Agile environment.

Additional Qualifications:

Familiarity with databases, specifically Oracle. Ability to manage time and prioritization of tasks as a high level Ability to communication effectively with managers and customers Experience with tools such as
