Day time Dumplings Maker/kitchen prep

Daytime Dumpling Maker - Kitchen Prep We are looking for a daytime dumpling maker to join our kitchen team. This position focuses on preparing dumplings and supporting daytime kitchen prep. Dumpling making is detailed, hands-on work that requires patience, consistency, and care. The process involves repetitive hand motions and close attention to technique. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in doing small things well, this can be a very satisfying role. Training will be provided, but we are looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and brings positive energy to the kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and fold dumplings following our recipes and techniques Maintain consistency, portioning, and presentation standards Follow step-by-step instructions and kitchen systems Assist with daytime kitchen prep as needed Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow kitchen sanitation and food safety practices Qualifications Patience and focus for repetitive handwork Good hand coordination and attention to detail Ability to follow recipes and directions carefully Self-motivated with a positive attitude Reliable and able to work independently once trained Basic understanding of kitchen sanitation and food handling Kitchen experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
