Daycare Assistant - Toddler Classroom

Duties:

```

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
• Provide support and guidance to students in various subjects, including math and literacy education
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
• Assist with behavior management and promote positive social interactions among students
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs
• Support the lead teacher in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
• Assist with classroom management, including supervising students during transitions and activities ```

Qualifications:

```

• Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in early childhood education
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with behavior management strategies and techniques
• Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Willing to train the right person
