Position Overview We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children and is committed to fostering a positive and enriching classroom experience. Key Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Supervise children at all times and ensure their well-being Support children's emotional, social, and developmental growth Communicate effectively with parents and team members Follow all licensing regulations and center policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) DCF 45 hours completed CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework (preferred) Previous childcare experience Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and qualifications) Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive and positive work environment If you are passionate about working with children and making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
