We're opening a second location in Arcade, NY area, and we're building a team of experienced, high-performing collectors to staff it. Who We're Looking For We're seeking experienced collection professionals who bring proven skills and a competitive drive.

Ideal candidates will have:

Significant collections industry experience with a demonstrated track record Strong negotiation skills and understanding of effective collection strategies Ability to manage time, prioritize accounts, and work independently Experience working high-balance and targeted account portfolios A consistent history of meeting or exceeding individual performance goals Solid system skills with accurate documentation and compliance practices Qualified candidates should be prepared to demonstrate past performance through metrics, rankings, or professional references.

Compensation Base Hourly Rate:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour On-Target Earnings (OTE): $35,000 - $85,000+ annually

Base hourly wage plus performance-based bonuses and

OTE figures reflect estimated total annual earnings inclusive of base wages and variable performance-based compensation. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance.
