Inspector

Job Title:

Quality Inspector Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting precision-machined parts, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires strong measurement skills, and the ability to communicate effectively regarding inspection results and quality concerns. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections of CNC machined parts using precision measuring instruments Utilize micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools accurately Complete inspection documentation and maintain quality records Fill out and submit customer-required inspection documents Review and respond to rejection emails in a professional and timely manner Identify non-conforming products and communicate findings clearly Ensure parts meet blueprint specifications and customer requirements Maintain organized inspection reports and compliance documentation Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment Strong ability to use micrometers and other precision measuring tools Excellent attention to detail Experience completing inspection and quality documentation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience operating or inspecting CNC machines Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Experience using a vision inspection system Experience with iso 9001 Work Environment Manufacturing environment Standing for extended periods Handling precision-machined components About Us We are a family-owned company that values hard work, integrity, and teamwork.
