Deburr Technician/CNC Operator - SECOND SHIFT (1 PM - 9 PM)

Elevated Materials collects and upcycles carbon fiber from local aerospace companies. We use this material to create a range of different products across many different industries. The Elevated Materials Deburr Technician/CNC Operator's primary responsibilities will include deburring, sanding and cleaning carbon fiber parts that come off of CNC machines, and assisting other CNC Operators in keeping machines running. The schedule for this role is a

SECOND SHIFT.

Working hours will be between 1 PM and 9 PM. In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to maintain this schedule.

Knowledge Required for Job Activities (training available) Clean/deburr/sand and prepare parts for shipping Adhere to traceability requirements Identify different stock materials Attention to detail Roles and Responsibilities of CNC operator Sand and deburr parts Prepare Stock for CNC machines Understand the specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc. Change over tools on CNC machines Clean and maintain workstation and other commong shop areas Inspect parts to ensure parts are coming out to dimension Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure the functionality Prepare stock and load raw materials and parts onto the machines Fill out inspection paperwork

Monday•Friday, 1 PM•9
