We are a fast-paced gourmet prepared foods and Italian specialty market focused on exceptional customer service, high-quality food, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a positive and professional attitude Operate the register and handle cash/card transactions accurately Help customers with prepared meals, desserts, sandwiches, breads, catering pickups, and specialty items Keep the front counter, dining area, beverage station, and displays clean and stocked throughout the day Answer customer questions about menu items, reheating instructions, and daily specials Assist with packaging, labeling, and restocking grab-and-go items Help maintain an organized and inviting market appearance Work as a team with kitchen staff and fellow front-end employees during busy rushes Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds Food service or cashier experience is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Works well with a team Enjoys interacting with customers and the community Pays attention to detail Helps create a warm and welcoming atmosphere About Leo's Leo's Gourmet Market specializes in: Scratch-made prepared meals Gourmet sandwiches Fresh salads and desserts Catering Specialty Italian items Fresh breads, mozzarella, and house-made products We are a growing local business with two locations in Concord and take pride in quality, hospitality, and community.
