We are seeking a reliable and passionate Line Cook to join our team at a fast paced sandwich shop in downtown Concord. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, flexible availability (weekends and Friday and Saturday evenings are a must), a positive attitude and the ability to calmly keep up with a fast pace environment. Duties Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all ingredients are prepped, measured, and ready for cooking. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods. Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages.
