Delivery Assistant

Now Hiring Delivery Assistant (Start right away) Job Description As a Delivery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting drivers with the delivery of various beverages to offsite clients. This includes ensuring timely and efficient unloading of trucks at bars, restaurants, and stores. You will use a dolly to maneuver kegs and flats of beer, with kegs weighing up to 165 lbs, so physical comfort with this is essential. Additionally, you will interact with clients, requiring a professional demeanor. Responsibilities Assist drivers with deliveries to offsite clients. Unload trucks at bars, restaurants, and stores using a dolly. Collect empty kegs from clients and load them onto the truck for return to the warehouse. Unload and inspect returned kegs at the warehouse to determine reusability. Essential Skills Experience with delivery and warehouse operations. Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects. Additional Skills & Qualifications Warehouse experience is advantageous but not required. Experience with pallet jacks and dollies is a plus Work Environment This role involves riding in a truck around the city and performing physical labor outdoors. Be prepared for the physical demands of unloading trucks in various weather conditions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.
