This person will become the central communication point for delivery logistics, routing, scheduling adjustments, driver coordination, and delivery-related customer communication. We are looking for someone assertive, fast-thinking, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts at once. This role requires urgency, problem-solving, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate deliveries Route delivery teams efficiently Communicate with drivers throughout the day Handle delivery-related customer calls and updates Resolve logistical issues quickly Coordinate between warehouse, customer service, and delivery teams Track delivery delays, damages, and recurring issues Maintain delivery notes and documentation Assist customer service team during downtime Help improve delivery efficiency and accountability Ideal Candidate Strong personality with leadership presence Extremely organized Able to think quickly under pressure Strong multitasking skills Excellent communication abilities Comfortable managing drivers and schedules Detail-oriented Assertive but professional Able to problem solve independently Preferred Experience Dispatching/logistics experience Transportation coordination Customer service experience Appliance/furniture delivery experience Spreadsheet and scheduling software experience
