Delivery Driver

We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes Follow routes and time schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle, keep clean and maintained. Schedule oil changes and other maintenance as needed Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints Inform customers about new products and services Complete logs and reports Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Execute timely and safe deliveries of floral arrangements, plants and gifts Verify the accuracy of each order before departing from the floral shop, report any discrepancies or missing items to the retail staff for resolution. Physical fitness and the ability to life and carry moderately heavy floral arrangements Knowledge of the local area and efficient route planning skills Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by being courteous, professional and friendly Skills Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver Valid professional driver's license with clean driving record Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no traffic violations High school degree
