Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to maximize productivity and timeliness Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper handling of all items Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns professionally Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing sales opportunities and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including pricing details and transaction records Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs promptly, and ensure the vehicle remains in excellent condition Experience Prior experience in commercial driving or route delivery preferred Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and transaction processing Excellent communication skills for clear interactions with customers and team members Demonstrated organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and deliveries efficiently Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and merchandising during deliveries Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies to enhance customer engagement Embark on a rewarding career that combines driving expertise with exceptional customer service!
