Delivery Driver - Weekly Bonus Program

DELIVERY DRIVERS WANTED IMMEDIATE POSITIONS & WEEKLY BONUS AVAILABLE

•Routemaster Delivery Services - Come and join the winning team. We have been DSP of the month 5 of the last 8 months •Join our team and become a delivery driver for Routemaster Delivery Services LLC, a Delivery Service Partner in Hawthorne NY! No delivery experience required. Work for a small family-owned business where your efforts will not go unnoticed and opportunities for advancement actually exist. Both full and part-time positions are available. We are looking for motivated people to join our team delivering packages and smiles in the communities that we serve. You will work independently throughout most of your day while being part of our winning team. Military veterans are welcome and a CDL (commercial driver's license) is NOT required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay- $23.75 per hour for 4 - 10 hour scheduled shifts as a full-time employee Weekly bonus program!!!! Part time shifts are available 2 days of paid training Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing on day 1 Health Insurance eligibility after 30 days for full time employees 401K with a company contribution Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Education assistance of up to $5250 per year after 90 days of employment

Equipment Provided:

Company vehicle and gas card provided for use during your shift Company phone provided for use during your shift Uniforms Other safety and administrative gear What a Delivery Associate does during a shift. Drives a delivery van to deliver packages and smiles to customers within their community. Perform a vehicle safety inspection at the start and end of each shift Load and unload packages As a Delivery Driver, you'll drive company vehicle, routinely deliver 200-300 packages per day. Stays active getting in and out of the vehicle throughout the shift Walking up and down stairs and driveways as needed Provides excellent customer service regardless of the situation Interacts with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner Follows all health and safety standards both on and off the road Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies Keeps pace while working in all weather conditions Makes use of handheld technology daily to get the job done safely and on time

Requirements:

You must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license You must have a good motor vehicle report You must be authorized to work in the United States You must be able to drive a delivery van safely You must be able to move boxes of up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation You must be able to easily get in and out of the van, with or without reasonable accommodation You must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others Must have the means to get to work on time for each shift You must meet all eligibility criteria We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
