• Overview
• We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker to join our team in Alpena. Must have Chauffer license . The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods and performing warehouse tasks efficiently. Monday thru Friday normal delivery runs with start times between 6:00am to 8:00am. Saturdays 1-2 times per month working 9am till Noon.
• Duties
• Drive company vehicles to transport goods to customers
• Load and unload delivery trucks with the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor
• Follow established routes and schedules for timely deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Perform warehouse duties including organizing inventory, picking orders, and maintaining a clean workspace
• Qualifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record with Chauffer license
• Experience in route driving and commercial driving is a plus
• Ability to operate a forklift and handle manual transmission vehicles
• Proficient in using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients during deliveries
• Capability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment
