Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Lead and support back-office daily operations to ensure efficiency and flow Train, coach, and mentor dental assistants on clinical protocols and best practices Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and safety standards Oversee operatory setup/breakdown and instrument sterilization Take and review diagnostic X-rays as needed Manage clinical supply inventory and ordering within budget guidelines Support schedule flow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime Provide patient education and ensure a high-quality patient experience

Monday:
9:45 AM•7:00
PM Tuesday:
OFF (sometimes this will need to be flexible if doctor opens schedule)
Wednesday:
7:45 AM•4:00
PM Thursday:
7:45 AM•5:00
PM Friday:
7:45 AM•2:00
PM Every Other Saturday:
7:45 AM•2:00
PM Qualifications:
2+ years of Dental Assisting experience required Proficiency with iTero or similar scanners a plus Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software preferred Skilled in making temporaries and assisting in restorative procedures Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection control Reliable, punctual, and dependable with reliable transportation Friendly, energetic personality and a true team player If you're ready to take the next step in your dental assisting career, apply today and join a team where your skills and dedication truly matter!
