No prior dental experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow within the dental field. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the doctor and team to help provide a comfortable and positive experience for patients while learning valuable clinical and patient care skills. Schedule (days/hours) M-Th 7 am to 5 pm Responsibilities Assist the doctor during dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Welcome and support patients throughout their visit Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office Take and review patient information Sterilize instruments and follow office safety protocols Support the clinical team with day-to-day operations Qualifications No dental experience required — training provided Positive attitude and strong work ethic Motivated and eager to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
