This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and is interested in growing within the dental field. In this role, you will primarily support the front office while also receiving training to float to the back office and assist as a Dental Assistant when needed. Schedule (days/hours) M - Th, 7 am-5 pm Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with excellent customer service Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Verify insurance and assist with treatment estimates Support case presentation and financial discussions Answer phones and assist with patient questions Learn clinical workflows and assist the back office team as needed Train alongside experienced team members to develop Dental Assisting skills Qualifications Positive attitude and willingness to learn Willing to train the right candidate Strong communication and organizational skills Team player who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable Interest in expanding into a dual front office/back office role About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
