Dental Assistant - Growth-Focused Private Practice We are looking for an outgoing, motivated Dental Assistant to join our positive, growth-oriented team. Our office is equipped with modern technology including digital radiographs, intraoral cameras, and advanced treatment solutions, with a strong focus on comprehensive care and patient experience. What We're Looking For We are open to the right person—whether you are:

• An experienced assistant who can step in and contribute immediately, or
• A motivated, coachable assistant with a strong attitude who is eager to grow The ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with patients
• A positive, team-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Initiative and the ability to stay productive without constant direction
• A desire to be part of a practice that is growing and improving Experience with implants, Invisalign, or advanced procedures is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. Position Details

Pay:

$24.32 - $29.29 per hour
