We are looking for a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and supporting both patients and providers throughout the day.

Schedule Monday & Wednesday:

8:00 AM - 6:00

PM Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM One-hour lunch break daily Position Overview VZ Dentistry is seeking a skilled and team-oriented Dental Assistant to support all doctors within the practice. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable assisting with both basic and major dental procedures while helping maintain smooth daily operations throughout the office. Responsibilities Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures Support both basic and major restorative procedures Fabricate temporary crowns Take dental impressions Take and process dental x-rays Prepare, clean, and flip operatory rooms efficiently between patients Set up treatment rooms for upcoming procedures Run sterilization and maintain proper infection control protocols Assist with instrument processing and organization when needed Provide excellent patient care and help patients feel comfortable throughout treatment Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure efficient workflow Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred X-ray certification required (per state regulations) Ability to make temporary crowns and take impressions Strong understanding of sterilization and infection control procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed What We Offer Supportive and collaborative team environment Consistent full-time schedule Opportunity to work alongside multiple experienced doctors Growth and development opportunities within the practice Equal Opportunity Employer VZ Dentistry is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
