Job Description

State of the Art dental facility located in Lawnside NJ (Camden County) is accepting application for a Dental Assistant (x-ray license required) who is self motivated, team oriented, with great people skills. Our well managed and common sense organization has 10 office locations that serve many in their communities so being on your toes and having a proactive approach is a must in our work environment. If interested please inquire and thank you for taking the time! Summary As a Community Dental dental assistant, you will be integral to providing high-quality patient care in a dental practice. Reporting to the dentist, your core responsibilities will include chairside assisting, managing dental terminology, and ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques. Your premium skills in Dentrix system and Dexis X-Ray will enhance patient management and diagnostic processes. Additionally, your knowledge of general dentistry and relevant experience in endo/os will support a diverse patient base. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments. Utilize dental terminology and knowledge of anatomy to ensure effective communication with patients. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using systems like Dentrix Ensure a clean and organized work environment to enhance patient care.
