Great Minds ABA Therapy is a growing behavior consultation and direct service agency collaborating with educators to improve student behaviors.

Description of responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 discrete trial instruction.
• Use prompt and prompt fading procedures to ensure student success.
• Assist BCBA with functional behavior assessments.
• Assist teacher with classroom routines.
• Collect and graph behavior data.
• Implement behavior intervention plans with integrity.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of educators with professional communication skills.

Requirements:

• RBT certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board preferred.
• Bachelor degree required
• 2-4 years experience working with children/adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Maintain a crisis intervention certification.
