Dental Assistant (Entry Level / Will Train)

We are a busy, patient-focused dental office looking for a friendly, reliable Dental Assistant to join our team! No Prior dental experience required--- we are happy to train the right person. About the Role As a dental assistant, you will support our dentists and help create a smooth, comfortable experience for our patients. You'll learn hands-on clinical skills, sterilization protocols, chairside assisting, digital systems, and daily office flow. Responsibilities Assist dentists during procedures and exams Prepare and break down treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and maintain equipment Take digital X-rays Record patient Information and follow clinical protocols Provide excellent patient care and communication Support team with daily tasks and office flow Skills Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor Strong communication and patient- care skills Reliable, punctual and dependable work ethic Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed Basic computer skills; comfortable with digital systems Willingness to learn sterilization protocols, digital X-rays, and chairside assisting Professional appearance, confidentiality and strong customer service mindset

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
