Dental Assistant / Sterile Technician (Training Provided)

About Our Office We are a privately owned dental office in Gig Harbor focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a positive and supportive environment. Our team values communication, collaboration, growth, and creating an excellent experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We are currently transitioning into modern digital dentistry , including in-house technology and 3D printing, and are excited to bring on someone who wants to grow with us. Schedule Monday-Thursday (one Friday a month, 4 days a week) No evenings / No weekends Position Overview We are looking for a Dental Assistant / Sterile Technician who is eager to learn, motivated, and thrives in a team environment. This is a great opportunity for someone newer to dentistry who wants to build a long-term career. We are willing to train the right person. Candidates may begin in sterilization and transition into chairside dental assisting as skills and confidence develop.

What You'll Do:

Sterilization and infection control protocols Preparing and turning over operatories Assisting chairside (as trained) Maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment Supporting team members to ensure smooth daily flow
