Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented dental front desk to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Assist with patient scheduling and ensure accurate booking information
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Experience in Dental Billing is a plus
• Be sure to follow up on claim denials, filing claims error free in a timely manner, and complete additional information requests from insurance companies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Dental Field is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in computer systems with Dentrix
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Skills:

• Previous experience in a dental office
• Dental coding /Billing
