Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office operations Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked Requirements Proven experience in office management or as a receptionist with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus but not required Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times Join us if you're ready to bring your positive energy, organizational prowess, and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
