Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits Maintain accurate patient records and manage patient flow Verify insurance eligibility and assist with billing questions Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a dental or medical office preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in dental software (Dentrix) - a plus
