Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our reputable dental practice. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in promoting oral health and providing quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct dental hygiene assessments, including oral health screenings, assessment of oral conditions, and review of the patient's health history. Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments. Take dental radiographs (x-rays) and intraoral photos as needed. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care practices. Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants. Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records (EHR). Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment.

Requirements:

Valid state dental hygiene license. Associate's degree in dental hygiene (Bachelor's degree preferred). Current CPR certification. Proficiency in using dental software and electronic health records (EHR). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on advancements in dental hygiene.
