```Duties```

Drive tow truck to designated locations to provide roadside assistance and towing services
Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment
Perform automotive diagnostics to determine the cause of vehicle breakdowns or malfunctions
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs and answering any questions they may have
Perform minor automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
Operate a forklift to move vehicles or equipment as required
Maintain accurate records of services provided, including mileage, time, and any additional charges ```Qualifications```
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Commercial driving experience preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic automotive repairs
Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and effectively
Forklift certification is a plus
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
