PM Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive hygiene services Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations Serve as a patient advocate by addressing concerns and supporting informed decision-making Accurately chart clinical findings and maintain complete patient records Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure high-quality, efficient care Manage appointment times effectively while maintaining a high standard of patient care Follow all infection control, safety, and clinical protocols Required Qualifications Active Georgia Dental Hygienist license in good standing Graduated from an accredited dental hygiene program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to educate and motivate patients Excellent time management and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care
