What You'll Do Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal hygiene care Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and long-term care plans Partner closely with doctors and team members to provide an outstanding patient experience Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visit Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support practice excellence standards What We're Looking For Current dental hygiene license (or ability to obtain license) A patient-focused, positive, and team-oriented mindset Strong communication and relationship-building skills Passion for preventive care and patient education Commitment to delivering exceptional clinical care and service Join Radiate by McQuitty and be part of a team that is redefining what a modern dental experience can look like — for both patients and providers. - 3:00pm Responsibilities What You'll Do Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health. Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment. Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient. Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care. Qualifications Who We're Looking For A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!) A current CPR certification Compensation $48
