Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dental Office Manager, where your leadership and organizational skills will drive the success of our dental practice. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintain exceptional patient service. Your expertise in dental office management and fiscal oversight will help create a smooth, efficient environment that prioritizes both patient care and team excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving dental clinic with a focus on quality, efficiency, and compassionate care. Duties Supervise daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows to optimize efficiency. Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, billing, coding, and insurance claims processing using systems like Eaglesoft and Dentrix. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of medical records and patient information. Monitor clinic supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships to ensure necessary materials are always available. Requirements Proven experience in dental office management is a PLUS! Strong knowledge of treatment planning and RCM is a PLUS! Proficiency in dental practice management software such as Carestack or Open Dental. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in fast-paced clinical environments. Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, managed care processes, and billing procedures. Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to handle complex situations involving staff or patients effectively. $28.00 - $99.00 per hour
