Dental Receptionist

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental team! In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced dental setting. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify insurance coverage, and assist with patient check-in and check-out processes Schedule appointments efficiently using Eaglesoft dental practice software Verify insurance benefits, perform insurance claims processing, and handle billing inquiries with accuracy Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, addressing patient questions promptly Maintain accurate dental records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, including treatment plans and care instruction Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist with strong knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures Experience with Eaglesoft or Dentrix preferred Prior experience with dental insurance verification Prior clinic or dental office experience is highly desirable; familiarity with dental terminology and office management is preferred

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
