The Role:

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be the cornerstone of patient scheduling and the first friendly voice our patients hear. You'll orchestrate seamless appointments while providing an exceptional experience for both patients and our referring doctor network.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate efficient schedules across multiple locations Master our innovative scheduling technology and communication platforms Provide concierge-level service to patients and referring doctors Handle insurance and financial discussions with confidence and with the support of our insurance coordinator and administrative team Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth daily operations Transform anxious patients into confident ones through empathetic communication What Makes You Perfect for

This Role:

A natural talent for making people feel welcome and understood Previous experience in hospitality , healthcare, or customer service Tech-savvy mindset with eagerness to learn new systems Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail Positive energy that's contagious to both patients and team members Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle sensitive situations with grace and empathy 2+ years experience in the dental field
