Dental Receptionist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team in providing exceptional dental care. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Team Member to join our practice. The Front Desk Team Member is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in maintaining smooth office operations. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule:

Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-3:00pm This role is open to both full time or part time. Responsibilities Warmly greet and check in patients Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar and provider schedules Verify insurance benefits and enter patient information accurately Collect payments and provide and discuss treatment estimates with patients Communicate with patients regarding upcoming appointments, reminders, and follow-ups Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus but not required; training will be provided! Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
