Dental Sterilization Technician

The Sterilization Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment within a dental clinic or medical facility. This position involves the cleaning, sterilization, and preparation of instruments and equipment used in various dental procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Clean and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols. Prepare and organize instruments for dental procedures, ensuring all necessary tools are available. Operate and maintain sterilization systems, including autoclaves and other equipment. Utilize medical imaging technologies such as X-Ray and 3D scanners to support diagnostic procedures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control standards within the clinic. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency in the clinic. Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and patients. This position is essential for ensuring high standards of patient care through effective sterilization practices.
