This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: •

Schedule:

Start Date of 7/27/2026. 2-3 months with option to extend. Shift schedule is flexible 2-3 days per week. 8am - 5pm. •

Clinic •

Procedures/Cases:

Child and Adolescents only. exams, cleanings, pulpotomies, fillings, simple extractions, crowns - stainless steel and porcelain, space maintainers, sealants.

Number of Dental Assistants:

2-3 per dentist,

Number of Hygienists:

1 •

Credentialing Timeframe:

~1-3 weeks •

Requirements:

Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Medicaid preferred but not required. Nitrous preferred. ?#
