Our current associate produces over $5,500/day, and their patients and treatment will transition directly to you.

About the practice:

Comprehensive general dentistry with focus on implants, cosmetics, TMJ, and orthodontics A productive, unhurried environment with a focus on quality over volume. Technology-forward (CEREC Primescan with in-house milling, CBCT, SprintRay 3D printing, Voice Charting) Experienced, supportive and stable team with long tenure Patient base that values high-quality, relationship-based care What were looking for: Comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry Efficient and calm in a busy clinical setting Strong communication skills Interest in growing into advanced procedures is a plus

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time available

Compensation:

30%-33% of production depending on experience and scope $800/day minimum High earning potential due to strong patient flow Out-of-network, fee-for-service model supporting higher production and earning potential compared to insurance-driven practices Benefits include CE support, malpractice, dental and more.
