Job Description
Harrington Family Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dentist to join our team! In this role, you will be at the heart of our patient care efforts, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of service with precision, empathy, and respect. Role Overview We are searching for a mission-driven, compassionate Dentist who wants an opportunity to make a real impact on the health and well-being of people in an underserved rural community. HFHC serves the Downeast fishing and farming communities of coastal Washington County, Maine. Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry. Current Maine State Dentist License or ability to obtain. Experience Experience is preferred, though recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical judgment with the ability to make independent decisions in the best interest of patient care. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. Ability to build effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners. Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of dental practices through professional development. Work Schedule Monday to Thursday. 40 hours per week Compensation Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
