Job Requirements Aurora, CO Top Secret CI Polygraph Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Position is contingent upon contract award As the Deputy Site Manager , you will support the Site Manager and Enterprise Program Manager in the execution, coordination, and oversight of all site operations under the contract. This position is responsible for day-to-day management functions, ensuring operational efficiency, contract compliance, workforce performance, and continuity of support in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Government requirements, and established program guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the enterprise Program Manager in overseeing site operations, business systems administration, resource allocation, procedures, and operational methods to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and mission support. Direct and coordinate all contractor site resources in collaboration with functional managers to ensure successful execution of contract requirements. Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure all services and tasks are performed within established program guidelines, schedules, and budget constraints. Serve as a primary point of contact for the Government's Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), CLIN Manager, Government Points of Contact (GPOCs), and designated representatives. Respond promptly to direction and prioritization provided by the siteCOTR/CLIN
Manager and ensure timely execution of assigned requirements. Lead and maintain an appropriately skilled workforce capable of performing all functions identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Ensure delivery and execution of all site-specific contractual requirements and performance objectives. Monitor execution of financial activities to ensure alignment with Government fiscal year execution requirements and funding guidance. Ensure continuity of operations and uninterrupted support during contractor personnel transitions or staffing changes. Notify Government Points of Contact of significant facility events, operational issues, incidents, or risks impacting mission execution. Facilitate and participate in meetings, briefings, discussions, and ad hoc coordination activities as required. Support operational planning, performance tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution activities across the site. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, safety standards, and applicable Government regulations.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing programs or projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Prior experience managing programs or projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. Demonstrated experience managing contractor personnel and coordinating cross-functional operational support activities. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience interfacing with Government leadership and contract management personnel, including COs, COTRs, and program stakeholders. Knowledge of program management principles, operational oversight, resource management, and contract performance management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Experience monitoring budgets, financial execution, and operational performance metrics. Experience supporting Government or federal contracts in a mission-critical environment. Familiarity with fiscal year funding execution and Government reporting requirements. Proven ability to lead teams through operational changes while maintaining continuity of support and service delivery.SECURIY CLEARANCE
